Room blocks have been reserved at the following hotels in the Harbor East area of Baltimore for the weekend of the wedding. Please follow the directions below to secure the reservation of your choice. Be sure to complete your reservation as soon as possible to secure the special wedding weekend rates. If calling a hotel directly, please mention the Horner-Trautwein wedding room block.
Room blocks will remain open through the cut-off dates listed below or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first.
Courtyard Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor
A room block has been reserved at the Courtyard Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor for the weekend of the wedding at the rate of $133 per night. Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am at the Courtyard Baltimore Downtown.
Hilton Garden Inn- Baltimore Inner Harbor
A room block has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn- Baltimore Inner Harbor for the weekend of the wedding at the rate of $124 per night. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am at the Hilton Garden Inn.
Transportation will be provided for our hotel guests to the ceremony at Loyola Chapel and then onto the reception at Baltimore Country Club. Shuttles will board at the Marriott Courtyard, which is a quick, 5-minute walk through Harbor East from both the Hilton Garden Inn and the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront.
Please plan to arrive to the lobby of the hotel at 4:00pm to board the shuttles for a prompt 4:15pm departure to the Loyola University Alumni Chapel.
Shuttles will be available at 10:30pm and 12:00am to return guests to Harbor East at the end of the night.
